Re-read what he said, and realize that what I bolded is EXACTLY what he said.

That is what he said, yes, but the way he said it implies he thinks a Gforce tune other than alpha LOWERS speed(otherwise there would be no need to add the 'while keeping your speed the same').

I mean a MLG that has no range increasing/decreasing tunes or speed increasing tunes because Rapid/HRapid/GRapid

What he's saying is less range with the same speed may seem like it's more accurate, as you'll be closer to lock on and easier to hit with. Kind of something that goes without saying I guess, but that's what I'm reading more or less.
