screw all the laggers.
if your over 200ms you need to either
A) get a better connection and/or computer
B) find a closer game to you.
500ms is total bull. thats more then triple the standard for lag in online games.
hell i can play JP version with 100ms ping. (and im on the other side of the world. whats your excuse?)
im on the other side of the world with the best ISP being 0.5 MBps

It's amusing how little clue you have with what you are talking about.
Educate yourself on undersea cables and how internet is routed around the world before opening your trap.

USA to Korea.
taken couple months ago, still using the same connection. no excuse to have over 200ms in this age.
(and this is a moderate isp, there are better ones out there still)

the website is hosted seperate from the actual game servers.
the game servers themselves are in california. the website, korea. this was confirmed by the GM's.

Generally under 300ms, around two hundred-ish Sometimes lag spikes make it go around 400~

Well i'm not taking the IP from the websitepage, i have a UI program that makes easy to track the IP connection from every app or service, and when I log to Cosmic Break the IP points to korea... why?... at least they should add a ping meter in game... that can make things easier.

As a lagger, anti-lag system makes me twitching and teleporting around. But!
I didn't twitch, and this works well for me~ I love you, Aria~

Haven't been able to play for a few days.
But with this ping (and a working 'anti-lag system'), I don't see why I would have any problems.

Hey, will disabling Nagle's Algorithm help fix this problem?

So is this why CB's a lot more unplayable today than usual?
Look at the bright side! You appear like you're teleporting to you, but you're not to everyone else!
So everyone could be lagging, BUT NOT
I kid, I kid, I'm actually missing shots with Stardusts My aim isn't that bad.
And uh I think I win What the heck? Last week I was at 150.

As a comcast user myself, I find that hard to believe.
Try other ping test site as well please. http://speedtest.net/
I connect to korea about 350~450, and even if I was in west coast, I should have at least 250~350. I don't see how any commercial level service get you 100 ping to korea. If you paid $1000+ per month for that connection, maybe that would be an important information to include.

this guy, this guy this guy
can we ban him? please?
Learn to tell the difference, your internet is not magically fastest and has super speeds (go upgrade to the best internet, your ping won't improve unless playing on servers that are in your country), its just your undersea cables to America are of high quality, look at Australian Internet, we have 50-60mbps now, but still only get 200kb/s download from american servers, you know why? because our undersea cables are SHIT, also partly to blame why we get high ping to like every server.
and if your country of residence is europe or korea or japan
your opinion is null and void due to those countries being at absolute minimum 5 years ahead of us in Internet technology for every major 1st world country.

I teleport towards the opposite direction I'm going, act like I'm holding the spacebar when I was Short Boosting and I spaz around even when I'm standing still.
Despite that, tracert says I have ~250 ms towards their servers.
It better be because my net's in peak hours.

(dammit my posts are always ignored because they're always the last post of the previous page)
So yeah, in other games such as Mabinogi, disabling Nagle's Algorithm will greatly decrease latency. Haven't tried it with this game but I will when I get back home from school.
