yeah, try the same with Volcano Grenade or Large Bazooca (force 36) . . .
8+25% = 10
12+25% = 15
36+25% = 45
using VC and LB as main weapons (low TEC): 38+38 = 76

damage difference: 14 damage

now, consider u will never do that large damage because that are carts and TGH to reduce the damage . . .
if u have higher TGH u make this damage:
so, against low TGH (TGH 15) u make some 63% of this damage (some 120 damage)
against cart, u make 50% damage (95 damage)
against TGH + cart u make 34% damage (some 66 damage)
if u have low TGH u make this damage:
so, against low TGH (TGH 15) u make some 63% of this damage (some 100 damage)
against cart, u make 50% damage (80 damage)
against TGH + cart u make 34% damage (some 54 damage)
now, think like that . . . +10 TEC = +12 damage even with TGH and cart . . . if u can get TEC over 30, this difference is a lot bigger . . . I would love to know how it would work with TEC 40 . . .
so I think TEC is worth if u have an ART.
now, if u`re going to use only 1 weak weapon to fire at your targets, so I think u should either have WLK or FLY and TGH to be able to dodge a lot and pursue the targets while u`re attacking and to avoid being stunned and getting higher damage from everyone, also the guard carts
