Which body do I use as main and should I weapon swap ?

You use whatever body you like to look at more. The only difference is 2tec and 2tgh between them. Also, boost steal bats will drop you; mega blood shooter will probably stun you. You can swap between both blood shooters and bats so you just pick a mix you like. You can even make a build that can swap the parts out if you want.

Would it be a bad idea to not use her bat charge weapon? I can remove it for free 70 capa

I'd always use one of the bats. You can take them off, but you might as well play something else if you were going to do that

she probably doesn't need 2x CV if I take stun regain right?

Why not use both weapons. She seems imcomplete without either of them. I don't think mega blood shooter needs tuning at all. Bats would like a force tune.

I Alpha with orginal amlin blood shooter and cardinal bat charges they work great

Thanks I'll probably keep my build standard for atleast one of the Amlims like you suggest. I already have an unorthodox istina build anyhow.

Thoughts on this one? ALpha amlim with super low tgh?

gforce to get +2 force is a huge waste, both in cost and -stats. If you aren't getting 3force from Gforce, it's not worth it IMO.

stop taking stun regain. It scales with TGH, so shitty tgh makes it useless, and it doesn't work during CV, so it's a waste of a cart.

This one has no ex great tunes but it doesn't leave room to play mega blood shooter (but good for glide boost bp if I dont want acell roll)

my feng chun bs is already ex tuned and I don't have a second one to make edits to it

I understand you want hp, but you've sacrificed the bats in one build and the blood shooter in another. You can easily fit both even if you tune them. I'm not a player who does the most optimal or efficient tuning half the time but you've taken away part of what makes her unique just for more hp.

Amlim's boost steal bats with a great rapid beta still doesn't hit as good as istina's boost steal.
