propeller bit is useless at -str

can do the same thing without the cross shooter or the shadow wing BS without any capa tunes:
cross shooter isn't even that good in current meta. Alpha builds have moved away from that kind of weapon for a reason.
Accel roll beats the shit out of jet accel after the nerf. Main reason to use jet is if you are also using air loop and thus can't take accel roll.

and i dont know which weapon is good for alpha since most of my weapon are above 100 cost Sad

there's no need to add weapons to amlim beyond what she comes with. All you need to alpha for is to bypass the cd on the blood shooter. Ideal pattern is blood shooter -> alpha -> blood shooter. boost steal bats will keep you in the air.
best low cost weapon is ELC gun but it doesn't have the right range to work on amlim.

some1 once said 2 me that if you need cv on airs you are bad...idk who that was tho.

cv on amlim not really needed but it lets you fight more. really you should just focus on anti-melee, she's one of the best anti-melee in the game but cv will let you fight other things, it's just if you feel like spending capa on rng that might not even work.
