you appear to have misplaced the FORCE tune. You seem to be using HIGH SHOOTER tune instead.
use 2x force tune, and then add a high shooter at the end if you really want it.

ok so i took a look on your builds was wondering if this would work then

You have negative str and prop bits.
Also you can tune those stats for much less cost:

ok so i started playing around a bit and finally made it this

pretty much believe this ish what im going with unless the HS just doesnt make me feel legit when i test it if so ill go rebuild it once again
