Lilu Fenishi

I do not understand this character at all.

The ammo on her cooking combo doesn't decrease when used, and I get the All Guard/Speed Up effect without the HP recovery. How do I use her Spicegun/Flame Shield/Cooking Combo effectively? What determines the buff I get? Is there a limited amount of time in which I can use the Cooking Combo to get a buff after "preparing" the target? Or can I just repeat stun the PS campers and come back 10 minutes later to claim my HP?

From hat I've heard the HP only recovers, when said amount of HP has been lost before (same as EX Blade Revival).

From what I understand you need to lose at least 100 hp for HP recovery to occur,
and that the buff does not used up the ammo is what I heard from stalking forums " w ")

How to get the buff from what I heard is kinda sketchy and I can't be sure since
I haven't observed a Lilu in arena.

Back to square one.

Sketchy since apparently during her melee you would be able to see
some sort of item that you need to pick would give you the buff.

And since I never did observed one, I don't know if the item represent
different thing.

Then again I was asking a random player so I might've gotten dupe.

I was referring to the fact that she has a Spicegun and Flame Shield attack in her cooking combo and you get Speed Up/All Guard every single time you land all of the hits in the combo (including the previously mentioned attacks). I say this because I wasn't sure which method I had to use to proc HP recovery: the straightforward "land all hits in the subweapon combo" method or the "hit them with two different main weapons and then hit them with the combo" method. I've only managed to activate HP recovery once, and I wasn't paying enough attention to realize how I did it.
