If you're going to be running double CVeil, I don't see the point of TGH tunes.

Also don't see the point of just Quick Land.

And why are you mixing High Run Alpha tunes with High Run Beta tunes if you're just going to go negative TEC?

Evidence of trying to crack this problem for the span of seven hours.

I try to get 11 TGH so that handgun shots won't stun. I'd ditch it but I doubt 530 HP is enough for her to outlive her cost-effectivity in a match.

To be honest I don't even know the proper low-TGH CV-proc numbers because I rarely build melees and they usually don't come out well.

Also those are so not High Run Alpha Tunes, but High POWER Alpha Tunes. All my WLK tunes are beta tunes.

@Shance's build - Broad Radar is unnecessary for Lilu and her capa can't hold it anyway.

Yes, I'm aware of the breakpoints. Just too difficult while keeping positive tec. So I just maxed STR instead and dumped the rest into WLK. And the build is invalid, anyways, since I copied the amount of ex-tunes Shance had, which is more than 10.

Is there really any way for good builds to happen without bombing TGH?

Also with TGH that low and 3 ammo on Cooking Combo Lilu isn't really crowd-diving material even if she has x2 CV on those LGs.
