| Just nerfing moes is pretty dumb. I'd nerf Mialy, but I'd nerf so many things as well. And buff.
Pretty much why the game sucks. Shitty mechanics that are easily exploitable because CS never corrects a flaw, and CS never really cared about balancing the game, since to do so, you don't just nerf/buff a handful of moes, you'd have to go through and through and nerfs/buffs during most updates, till you can make it somewhat balanced.
Even with a bunch of Moes nerfed, there would be plenty of cancer running around.
Vanguards are a good example of shitty balance. Fencer and Axer are more prone to hit multiple people, high force on the weapon. Lancer is prone to hit 1 person only (unless someone else is REALLY close to the former target), low force. It's like making an AoE spell on some RPG that costs the same MP as a single target spell, but deals more damage and to more than 1 target. Not to mention that the shitty shield on Lancer eats some capa away. Sugoi. (Still, Vanguards can easily be rather unbalanced because of how shitty CS is to implement bots/parts. Namely, [near] useless weapons/bots/parts.)
Also, pre nerf Mialy would be pretty crappy right now. They overdid it, that's all. Again, nerfing 1 bot and not nerfing/buffing others is dumb.
And I don't really like buffs like the latest Elisa buff. Give her more capa, keep her shitty weapon and make her cost more as well. | |

| Howe2MoeMecha Kagura and Akane are nice examples of what I want. Moe with mecha armor. Take a gander at this. If this makes any sense, hear me out. Moe wearing armor similar to that of a mecha part applied to her. IE, Lazflamme with Exroad LG. It will look like she's wearing "Exroad Girl LG". It will have similar stats but with lower HP and weaker weapon due to being L sized or larger.
It's... kinda difficult to explain. But, on that image above. It's Tesladonna wearing a helmet similar to Vangaurd HD3, she has gear on her legs that look like Kealmes LG2, she has a booster on her back that looks like a smaller version of Hiverion AM. She also has arm gear that looks like she's wearing Cross Raptor AM2. Ignore the AMJs for now. She's also holding a Stardust Gun with both of her hands.
This is hard to explain, uh. If we have a "Generic Moe BD", and we put Mighty Byne parts on her, she'll look like Mighty Byne Girl.
This way, we can keep the moe aspect on any part ever on a moe, but always look nice. Once again, this is better for a reboot of the Cosmic series. | |

| It's not hard to explain, sounds quite simple to me: it's just like female armor is handled in most games: same piece, different appearance if worn by a female.
In CB terms could be "Different model if BD = Moe".

| Modified Exroad, Nimbus, DX Robo, Fatoro, Exkeld, etc. To be able to put moe BDs on it so that moe would ride them.
IE, Tesladonna on Exroad = Tesladonna on Exroad. Proportions and stuff are accurate to the moe placed on, with the hanging underboob and glorious hindquarters. | |

*Phew* I think that's enough for now. But you're barely/not even nerfing some of them, like Eris, Resha, Ivis, the ones that actually ruin the game. Should be more like (using Eris as an example; also not sure if the attack is called Ex Flame or Ex Blade): Eris now heals only 15 HP with Ex Flame Amount of invincibility frames in Assault Step has been reduced Range and speed of Eris's melee attacks have been DRASTICALLY reduced (I'm talking something like -60 Speed, -30 or more range. IIRC they have some flat out RIDICULOUS numbers) A cooldown has been added to all of her attacks Curse has been removed No longer gets free Hyper Armor while attacking AOE of melee's bullet-blocking abilities has been reduced (this should apply to all melees Aila and after) Can be targeted with an invisible lock on while in Darkness Hide Can be stunned out of Darkness Hide by taking 50 damage Force on Ex Flame has been reduced After-attack purple explosions have been removed so coming out of Darkness Hide no longer juggles Slow can no longer be tuned on any of her weapons IMO that's a solid nerf for Eris, and I don't think I'm being unreasonable at all. Of course, if she's going to get nerfed that much, everything else's got to go too. Bullet Jam needs to be removed, Vox force needs -20 or more, Meluc Force needs to be -10 and have ammo reduced by 60, free Clearance should be removed while having Amot Vainic up, INT should be increased on everything, etc. Sylvia would be a lot less gay if they'd just have given her a 5+ second cooldown when she uses her LG sub and given her sword a 1~2 second cooldown. Basically what they need to do to a lot of things is decrease force, range, stun, and increase INT by a ton, as well as properly apply cooldowns to things. As time goes on, they just seem to make those numbers higher and higher. | |

| Give more detail to the damages. I don't know if this leads to bloody things, but just add some cracked armor, torn clothes, bruise marks, burn marks, sweat on humanoids' face, etc. and of course... ;_; please fix the lag just my idea | |
