I wouldn't relate Luto and Ouka. Luto's horrible mobility stats points away from boost run, while Ouka's insane starting wlk/fly can't help but scream boost run. While neither can air melee, Luto's has a lot higher range and benefits a lot more from High Glad than Slow IMO.

Their melee isn't even the same in any way, where the fuck would you assume that.

105hp, but it takes time for it to heal whereas old melfi it's instantaneous. So it's debatable whether which one is better in terms of healing.

The number of arrow rain is down from 40 to 26 but since it's super fat as you said and the fact that I never actually use up 40 arrow rains in PVP, gives one point to new Melfi.

ECM arrows that inflict disorder? Hell, give new Melfi another point. I don't actually touch any of those blow arrows.

Why are people saying she only heals 105HP?
Also, she shoots 1 arrow that instantly heals and ON TOP OF THAT also gives auto repair.

Read the description, it's as obvious as can be.

M/b the real reson it didn't take effect was because Melfi's debuff doesn't last that long? Just today I fell into that status and it didn't last very long. I'm not sure if it really was Melfi, but there was definitely a Melfi Heart in the opposing team and I didn't see any other SUPs except a...that sister of Nicole Malice, you know, that moe bot Suguri claimed to b his waifu.

Also something about flapjack, he gets a big 1390 max cap at level 7 if only cap carts chosen. At that level you have 970/1390

Everything is amazing aside from Assault Rifle Mod and Scorpion Whip.

Well, Blast Railgun Mod and Sheeno both look pretty subpar, but I haven't calc'd a build with Sheeno's core yet (her parts are trash but her carts are okay and her cost is really low with decent capa).

The only one of those I even want is Sylvia. So adorable.
