Looking at the new garapon silvers.

Victorl-I BZ's core (BD2) is exactly the same as the one in the shop, the only difference is the looks.

Quadra Gunner's core has a whoping 17 free stat, and the core is pretty low cost. Sniping HD, and Mine deploying AMs sound interesting.

Sheeno's core has hell, 25 free stat and her attack stats are an utter disgrace. Hell, she's low cost at 160. Not sure about her shuriken though.

Flapjack is a transformer (AUTOBAWTZ TRANSFORM AND ROLL OUT), the stats look alright, the core gives 10 free stat. It has locked Beam cannon AMs and the unlocked homing pierce gun HD and LGs are also unlocked.

This is just a quick skim through, though.

Correction, LXE (or moreso, a clarification): Flapjack's Beamcannon are locked to his arms, but his arms are not locked.

We both know that I don't give a damn about performance. I'm a little insecure if I really like her. The umbrella is cute, but the hair color really stops me from liking her. Blue haired Melfi Heart causes the same feeling. I really like pink hairs better, especially on something called heart. But than again she has DEM wings D:

New Melfi is worse, the blue hair is nice though and I'm not sure about those ECM Arrows.

Melfi Heart is WAY more offensive. She shoots 25 force homing arrows that cause disorder and the Arrow Rain is super fat. Her heal arrows give Auto Repair (which end up giving 105 HP in the end.)

I have no idea where you got the idea she was worse.

And I honestly LOVE the new hair on her, not a fan of pink and definitely not a fan of brown. ._.
