Uh, guys, I got her, but I'm still clueless as to how to tune her.

I figured that I'd stop trying to tune her for stats, just get her wlk up and then tune her sword for slow or burn...

what you guys think? scratch

She's asking for a Capa tune and her BS has bad cost use accel saber instead :O

I'd try something like this:

I'd pick up a single EIW to be prepared for anything. Especially if your Tec is as low as in your posted build. From my own expercience (I got one on an alt a little while ago), her combo is way to fluffy w/o AURA and having no Chivalry Slash is bad. I usually go and attack with the normal combo and use the chivalry slash as a finisher.

Use a zook instead of a magnum. You don't want to be harmless after chivalry slash D=

I don't think he means this is required (you don't, do you ttgt?). I never post EX tunes because it is natuaral that you want them instead of normal ones, assuming you have enough mats.
