I don't know. I have never tuned 3 slows so am not even sure if it's worth it considering the capa tunes.
Her AM2 AOE is very good to catch, so maybe i should tune range for increase the circle size? | |

| Why tune a weapon that has a very long interval? Also, increasing range doesn't increase the circle size. | |

| >tuning slow I trust your fps is 1 digit tier? Because that's the only reason to use that on a modern melee unit. Seriously if you don't go Melt! you go wrong. Ever since stun supply, not even shell drain makes much sense anymore. I never met an EO Elisa that had trouble stunlocking things.
I went 3x hglad on my Sabe, but that's a different combo I believe (she's got that main weapon augmentation thing). | |

no it seems your not understanding I wasn't judging slow on elisa I judge the fact that u said " with all these arts and their decoy " meaning you find it hard to kill them basically your getting struck by their decoy basically your r click spamming thats what I got and hence said what I said. | |

This made me realize why slow sucks. There's also a good chance the effect is changed to something else just after the proc. There're too many units with personal debuffs now (somehow I want a update that increases the number of slots). Also: most decoy dashes have too much cd to keep away from you for long unless they can outspeed you. If that's the case you're going after the wrong target imo Just wait for the decoy to be activated by something else (or you just stop trying to 1on1 bots that are designed to avoid 1on1-situations). | |
