i don't know if i can teach you anything since im not good at it but ill answer if you have any questions as for how i learned how to draw & color first by hand since it applies the same with the CG with a bit of complication & you should watch toturials on Youtube there are plenty as for the style you can do you own or copy someone else then improvise.

what do you mean by transparent background?

sorry i'm still soo noob at CGing I'm not that very aware of some of the terms or functions! can u give me an example?

you should start from hand drawing first, start from basic.
draw anything you like and want, yes it will look really suck since you just starter but you will get better
when you draw a lot of them. if i have time, i'll upload my work from January to December of last year.

also you can search guide and how to from google, try "Drawing Manga Style" (if you want to draw like Manga(Jp style))

ok if you can draw then firstly start with simple drawings keep the detail to a minimum or you will have alot of trouble lining & coloring them later then you Must hast have alot of patience my first line art took me almost a week but i didnt do it straight i took lots of breaks

as for how you upload you arts there are 2 ways you can either scan it like i do then turn it into grescale( if your art is only black & white no colors) the other is you take a picture of you art then put your camera in a PC via USB cord as for the scanner if you don't have any you can scan it at any internet cafe thats what i do it has cleaner lines then taking a picture but it will cost you you a bit

@ iron pen as for transparent background you can google it but it means there is no back ground and if i put a bit befind it i can see the img through or you can send my your draft drawing & ill make the line art & then color it
