Luto is hard:

Well I guess I'll resign myself to being hated. I'm obviously going for Sword Drive.

sacrifice STR to get more wlk. Want 38_1 boost run at the very least these days - her starting attack doesn't really have enough range to catch things on it's own. Luto's capa doesn't really allow her to have both speed and strength but with speed you can catch things and possibly stun lock+melt them to death over time, whereas without it you really can only hope someone dives into your counter because at this point in the game even artillery are faster than the speed you have there.

don't countertune like this. This is a waste of cost.
For 15 cost, you are getting:

+2wlk
+2fly
-1wlk
-1fly
-1tec

so for 15cost you are getting 1wlk and 1fly.
you could have tuned [Run] and [Boost] and gotten 1wlk and 1fly for 10cost instead of 15 cost.

What to do:

remove high boost alpha tunes
change high power beta tune to high power alpha
change 3 of your high run beta tunes to run tunes
add a run tune

you will now have the same stats as you did before, while also saving capacity and opening up a slot.

You can then use the extra slot to tune more STR.

It was actually meant to be 20 cost for +4 WLK with 3 slots.

EDIT realised my mistake - I got the bad idea from when I was tuning EVE and I used High Boost Betas to offset the -FLY from High TEC Beta
EDIT2 - Realised I was lacking the 2nd CV tune

yeah that thing only works when both are betas. High boost beta and high tech beta is a good idea. High run beta and high boost alpha isn't.
