Never built a seraph before, hows this going? Kinda worried about the 7 TGH and the mini zook tunes :S

This is a pretty solid build. The triple Rapid tunes on Mini Bazooka is a bit of overkill though, I would prefer a Force tune somewhere there. I don't particularly agree with Beam Guard considering AIR vs. AIR should be using Mini Bazookas, but forget me on that, it's not a big difference. Solid build.

Tip: You can milk more stats for the same cost with high boost beta and great tech alpha. High beta -> great beta is 5 cost to 20 cost, while high alpha to great alpha is 10 cost to 20 cost.

I'd maybe consider dropping stun regain or beam guard for float dash, but in the alpha/ah-chan heavy metagame we have today beam guard is really underappreciated, and stun regain is entirely up to you.

Drop crim LG, use seraph lg. Drop great tunes, replace with high. Drop Hana Kanzashi, get eve ornament.
Add LGJ with a slot if you can.

You only need 38 fly, btw.

I'm almost thinking about going back to wisp spamming seraph with all the 'anti air technology' going around.

..however I won't because that would be gay.
