i'm sure they were at one point in time.
there's really no reason to have one if you don't need it. Healing meta kind of broke shields, since while shields are cost effective(far more HP value in them than what they cost) they can't be repaired whereas having 2/3rds of that value in HP tunes can be repaired as many times as you need. Additionally a large number of weapons go through shields in one way or another - some ignore shields and others hit from above you or behind you in ways that shields don't cover.

There's no reason not to use that SBC Beam Cannon because they're heavily underrated weapons for any AIR unit to use.

Is it worth trying to tune CV Or tgh on her? She looks like a relatively easy target especially when she uses seraph nova. (Her seraph wings doesn't block everything soo..)

Most CV seraphs are the ones with removeable parts. She used to turn any room into some unplayabe bullshit (did about 200 dmg per target in a single Nova which had like twice as much lock-on range) and back then ppl prolly used CV. Nowdays most ppl seem to consider her either a troll, or a throwaway unit and they skip investing in survivability.

She does get Stun Regain, so you could tue her TGH.

She still is capable of doing 100+ on heal groups if 5+ nova balls hit.

Clearly they need a blacksmith moe that fixes shields. XD

My friend told me that SBC Beam Cannon would be better on a Beezle A build (which I am currently working on).

I'd suggest using an B Blast Railgun or an Aqua Parasol or a Beam Shooter Mod or a Compact Gatling on her. That's what I'm giving mine, once I finally get that Seraph FC promotion.

you shouldn't have to worry about being hit by those since the majority of the artillery with them will be instead using them to shoot melee lands which also have CV.
