Since I'll just "fly" around, TEC?

Perhaps try to get rid if that Viper shield and get a mini bazooka?
It's incrdibly helpfull when fighting other AIRs.

Personally, I wouldn't get Float Dash, but that's just me.

Also.. maybe get 15 TGH first and then tune tec? ;A;

Since I'll just "fly" around, TEC?

Get rid of the Viper, get a Minizooka, tune for force, range, or (if you really need the mobility) possibly High Boost/Run Beta or High Speeder.
What, no Quick Boost? BLASPHEMY!
Swap that Float Dash for either Quick Boost(best choice, tbh) or Stun Regain. My Seraph also has 8 TGH, and Stun Regain extends my lifespan about 33%. It really is useful when fighting/fleeing multiple enemies, and can give you the survivability you need to outlast a particularly tough opponent.
Cut the TEC, get to a good FLY breakpoint. IIRC the last one is 38, followed by 35 or 36. Since you have 3 Seraph Wings(99s of continuous airtime), aim for the second to last or third to last FLY breakpoint.
Why did you tune your Monocle for STR? Cut that garbage and replace with TEC.
Also, search for better FCAC. I'm sure there's one out there, because Monocle looks fugly on Crim(just my opinion, but w/e).

Tentrion and/or Air Raider AMs are cool if you can get 3-slotted ones. I'm not too keen on Mach Knight. If you can't get these, your 3s Crimrose AMs work just fine.
Don't get Izuna Kamui LG2, EVER, the cost is too much for just scrubby-ass wisps, and your Seraph Crim LG is better in the long run.

If you are great at hitting bots with tiny projectile, stay with LPG. I personally use WBG tuned for either High or Great Rapid Beta.

This is just me but, if you get 2 internals on Seraph, shouldn't you just abandon all else and pour into TEC for 40 TEC? Seraph Wing spamming gets you about a minute and a half of unlimited fly time, in which case you can wreck havoc in all possible manner. Might as well abandon FLY unless you're planning on actually living after wings are gone.
For the same reason, I don't see a use of Quick Boost.
Stun Regain is preferable for wingspammers.

I don't recommend DBMG for things like this mainly because I would prefer a longer ranged weapon for wingspamming builds, but just me.

All of the above. 40 tec seraph can easily rack up 1000~2000 damage by the time she runs out of wings.

Ghost raider only costs 15 rt in the shop
For pure uc, there are much better choices for uc parts
My personal preference is to take a few off of tec to add to fly

1s Lily AMs can be gotten from starter Lily. Of course, Crimrose is still a better option for a starter.

Also, be realistic with your tunes, gais. With UC-limited tuning, the most tunes you can get into a 3s part are two, unless you're uber lucky. o.o

Even more so wasting tune mats on useless tunes

i still cant stomach having so.... halfhearted fly in a seraph. if you have 2 wing upgrade. why not go for 40 tec and make 3 suicide seraphs? or wing spam low cost mini seraphs? a 900 cost mini seraph with dbmg + x wings can easily rack 1-1.5k damages before they dies and only costs 900~ D:

Because TEC affects all weapons, and don't forget Minizooka with 23 Force. Or Plasma with 18.
And my current Seraph has 16 TEC, 27 FLY with minimal tuning, and only costs slightly more than 900(955, I forget, somewhere in mid-high 900s), and it isn't suicidal.

Well, I finalized my Seraph with 2 Internals now so, what now?



Ignore the stats and wing plus amj, just some left-overs.

Should I ignore the shotguns, too?
