Tough Wonder Bit

So I got this cart on a chibi and I can't even tell if it's increased the HP of my repair bit or not(still breaks from a fire pillar I think). The only other bot I've got Tough Wonder Bit on is a Nicole, and Deadeye seems to get a ton of extra HP from it. So is this a useless cart if not on Nicole?

I think the buff is like double or some factor*original HP of bit, so deadeye has a lot of base HP, so deadeye gets a bigger buff than a heal bit or gun bit. Deadeye has about a full bar of HP initially, while heal bits have like a fraction of a single bar.

with tough wonder bit your WB ll remain like 1/5 hp after an meteor
without it your WB ll be destroyed

From the information I gathered, I think Tough Wonder Bit increases health by 75%.

What better cart does a Chibi sacrifice for tough wonder bit? Not much IMO, considering you can get just about everything else. Might as well pick it up, even if its uses are situational.

it'd make walls out of Sentry Units, Undead Bit, Long Range Bit... etc.

This was already a wall in the first place, the health bar just doesn't want to go red.

Like Skye said, it seems to be a 75% increase in bit health. Things like Repair Bits have such garbage HP that it won't have any noticeable impact whatsoever, whereas Patty's scythe puppets jump all the way up to 350 HP each.
