What does Tough Runner do again?

Just wondering what Tough Runner does again? Only thing I seem to remember is that you don't get hit-stunned while running or something like that. Anyone care to elaborate?

If anything, I noticed this too a lot.
StarDust stuns you practically every time, even with decent TGH and Tough Runner.

From what i've heard,
Tough Runner doubles your TGH.
But it only doubles it,
When you start running.

Hmm I see...Seems like it would be useful on LNDs then.

Would be next to useless if the bot had little in the way of TGH to start with.

The side jump is possibly the best land cartridge there is, I'd take that over this any day. Then add some damage reductions and enough raise capa to get some good weapons.

Short boost? It's fun to use if nothing else, but just takes the shots off your tail like nothing else.

I think he's talking about quick jump, it's really damn annoying when lillies, or any other small mechs use it.
