| Oh ok. It just doesn't show a hp bar so I'm kinda wondering if its like a fixed amount. | |

| Lucca Decco has a shield that doesn't show it's HP bar yet the other 3 do. Before Tough Wonderbit, it would be destroyed just as fast. After Tough Wonderbit, it took longer to be destroyed like the others.
No reason why it wouldn't affect Sylvia's wonderbit because it is a wonderbit regardless of if it shows HP or not. | |

| About how much extra hp does it give the wonderbits? Is it like a flat amount of a percentage | |

| It honestly seems like a +50% (1.5x) bonus on any wonderbit. Some wonderbits get like 100% (2x) more HP so it just depends. | |
