He actually DOES make some sense. Consider the most recently released RT Garabots.
Besides Elisa and Melfi(who's OP in a healer sense anyway), nearly every RTbot has at least one or more stat(s) over 20.
You can even look at the original 3 fangirls. All three of them, iirc, have at least one stat over 20.
Not to mention 1)all RT parts have two or three slots, which means more tuning, 2)RTbots usually don't have to tank hard on other stats in order to maximize their stat potential. Even if they do, they usually don't suffer in more than one stat, and 3)Certain RTbots have insane BDweapons(read: Ah-chan).

In contrast, few UCbots have one or more stats over 20(the few that do usually have one stat over). Most have zero, one, or maybe two-slotted parts, and the two/three slotted UC parts must be searched for by grinding boss quests, arena, or Arcantus. The general lack of slots means the bot needs more tuning to maximize stat potential, and to do so generally means tanking in one or more stats. Adding to this problem is the general lack of UC BDs that have stats over, at, or even close to 20, although there are some in supply. This compounds the need for tuning to maximize stats, and compounds the problem of tuning itself, i.e access to multislotted parts only by grind, no advanced tuning mats whatsoever, etc.
Advanced UCbots, like Seraph, either must be bought with RT(I've seen diamond or even triangle ranks with a Seraph, and it makes me cry whenever I remember that I had to work until I was level 14-17 just to level up and earn enough UC to make my beloved starter Crim a Seraph) or need a shitload of grind to obtain. Unless you're devoting 3+ hours to the game, using optimal EXP and UC gain, it's not gonna be done with in 2 weeks, a month, maybe not even 2 months.

You mean those 30% increases? I didn't notice them helping me that much.
If you're talking about the 2x stuff, IIRC they're RT only, and the only other things I remember are the level-up events and stuff like that.

when i created an account i got an starterpass, given thats 2x uc and stacks with other tickets uc was never a problem ... and than it ended and i woke up and noticed how i wasted all those precius uc on garapon D:

no seriously, due to the starter ticket you wont have much problems in racking up the cash for the seraph at all

30% is a lot if you do things for exp....
i mean if you play well you generally get like 100 exp so 30% more is 130 exp.
it adds up after a while
and i think there was another one that you get thats not rt...
x3 alpha ticket from what knyx said probably is it.

regardless every little bit of exp counts.

oh and the noob ticket you get for free at the beginning helps a lot too that is if you started off with a crim and didn't let it run out by itself.

Lily rain learn float dash cart, Tune for fly, Do not I repeat do not use her like a fat art and sit there and spam both weapons always move.
Mobile art V.1,get bazooka's.

Almost missed this guy victory 1. tune for wlk he has lots, Learn boost run give both core upgrades, Give dual shield dual zooka or dual box missles. or mix around that combo give better ams.
or better yet,make him as low cost as possible and use ONLY the core,he doesn't need to walk fast either.

Those are your best possible art builds u should be able to get top 5 even first place with em I have done on my second acount plenty of times.

For lands u have more options that will give high scores.
First off for lands tune str and wlk both should always be 30-40 never below
walk should take priority,STR @ 20 should be sufficient.
First off heres a build u didnt know of that can do good see that hammer in the shop that does 40 dmg got a red squaler bd put it on him, Put katana max legs and ams on. add a vipershild.U now have a melee build that does 100 dmg a hit that can kill vangaurds.
WAHAHAHAHAHA 100 damage from hammer,surely you jest. also,RS arms are already good melee's.

Go haku quest and get kami staff it does pretty good on katana max jikun red squaler bd or shino .
Great range too,but get used to the low damage

Use a dual shield red squaler with red squaler ams .
It's "Squealer".

if u want a gunner land try

Cosmos kaiser with 2 core upgrades a vider shield and 8 vulcan
You don't need the core upgrades.

And accel saber with a shield and zooka learn short boost cart
or go berz quest get scouts rifle instead of zooka wil do well.l

Llazflame with dual custom magnums and short boost or sway will do well.
And I though you hated "moe".
Play smart dont charge in go for arts.

Airs

First off u have the most powerful air 2 me as uc seraph crim rose one u lvl a crim rose to lvl ten u can make here a seraph
never promote less than 10.
Her wings make here less mobile but gives anti homing making any homing weapon 2x more hard to hit her. Wing give her over 40 fly. tune tgh pass 20 I don't get hit much so I can do fine with 10.

Basically i could go on about your air choices for ever there all good.

here what u really need to know always tune fly to 40 get at least 30 - 40 tec is a luxury,fly comes first.
use either a plasma gun. wide beam gun.limited plasma gun.star dust cannon if your a l sized air u get this by running quests, wide beam gun. there u go and btw always use 1 weapon and a shield.
You can go dual SDC's if you know how to do it right.

I dont state bots cause with airs it really depends on play style every one has there personal taste in airs just make sure to always fly and at a high height.

Finally I told u how to tune not only do u tune stats u can tune weapons most ahve to be do this first

I tune all my non melee weapons for speed and range its my fav and if its 3 slot depending on its ammo I tune ammo or do another speed or range tune. I don't tune my guns other than "force",therefore I won't comment on this.

Only time I do force tunes is on melee weapons that do over 30 dmg cause the str multiplier for melee is very high. A 40 dmg melee weapons can hit 170 dmg wile a 30 can hit 90 with 40 str big difference only melee that doesnt follow this rule is the chain saw for some reason. wut? force you mean,also it can't hit for 170 without 40 str,and hitting the back of an artillery,stat bonus from imbalanced team is optional,the chainsaw doesn't follow this rule because it hits many times.

Again the most important thing to ALLLL and I mean ALLLL bots is a small hit box and mobility u can have 40 wlk if u have a huge hit box ur still a easy ass fucking target

force tunes on non melee weapons are actually really nice, force +3% that is

no matter how the dmg is you always get at least 1 force out of the tune thus the LESS force the weapon has, the better it scales and if we are talking about a multi bullet weapon the force explodes (read shotgun type weaons scale even better)

im not a fan of more then +3% force tunes though (everything above 3% is waste of cost)
