Arrow Rain can hit anything in the area. The arrows just don't explode in the air(when they hit the ground, they explode, yes?), so an AIRbot in the vicinity would have to be hit directly with the arrow to take damage.

i used my last 5x roll to try to get the one bot ive been looking at for the past day ... Elisa ... after watching Reiya vid i had a lot of hope

5x roll:
-air slasher sword
-tristar +
-slot protector
-cyclote
-Melfi

I give... I got most of the things that I wanted to try... I guess getting Melfi on first 5x isnt bad...this makes up for the horrible luck I had with sugoigara (40 rolls = 1 tbg, 1 squidol girl, 3 pacifars, 1 gwayin ... I wanted ag and mbg)

btw... can someone explain to me how slash blades work cuz im not too sure if these type of blades are depended on str or tec

one last thing... does the new air slasher sword stun lock? it sure seems like itll stun lock if it makes contact

The waves it sends out does the same damage as the base, and is affected by Str. I'll say now that the only TEC-based weapons are chaselight weapons (victor AM and frau LG), and beam spear/edge(unsure about edge).

I doubt it can hit a constantly moving AIR
I just went against a Melfie in Epoch
she was just standing, spamming arrows
Using my Seraph, I just went straight to her and fragged her with my DBMG

Rolled 200 Rt, Superhero, and gets weapons. Not very bad, but I wanted a bot (even that Cyclops would've been good, I guess). It's such a cruel place out there...

The rate is bad thanks to the wonky distribution. With only 4 golds, the odds are really stacked against you.
