let me put it this way, there might be three tiers of bots, with preformances

UC bots

RT bots

and Garapon bots

it would make sense for garapon to be the most over-powered, since it will want people want to buy root, and spend it in that way, rather than just the minimum amount that they want. if they ever do release VF just for regular purchase, you can be sure they will lower his stats then

M2Guard/Facerollguard will forever be my bitter nemesis.

He's simply too much, stunlocking my LND melee unit and ARTs. Or whatever he does, once he starts comboing I can't do anything, literally.

I guess it's because of my lack of not playing air units. But this melee unit is too much for me, I don't even care half as much about jikun laggers compared to this midget.
Also funny how Fencers have a tendency to always be top 5/10 and obtain most battle awards.

vanguards only top games in general with a large number of players who have no fucking clue on how to:

a: focus fire on threats
b: not run into his melee range like an idiot
c: kite/wb dodge him to give your team more time to kill it, or possibly escape it.
d: not stare at the winberrl's ass/flat chest while you're in the healing pile, and keep some semblance of situational awareness



brokita: you're crying about a top tier pure melee specialist bot being able to destroy you 1v1 in melee combat...except that same bot gets destroyed by any UC bot with similar/better mobility and a ranged weapon. You can easily UC tune robots for 40 wlk/fly, or pretty damn close in that neighborhood. ewps.

Hello, this is a team game, not d-d-duel time. If you want everything to be fair/same tier/exactly the same, you can't have a variety of unique abilities and robots. This applies to pretty much every fucking top tier garapon bot. Extremely effective with good teamwork, especially capitalizing on retards on the opposite team trying to duel you one on one in your strong point. This is all my opinion of course, so you're welcome to contest it.

Sure, vanguards overpowered up close, but still, just get a Brickgale RED for 0.40$ and u can just pwn it with the beam rifle. Sure, any other beam weapon is adequate enough to take out such LNDs but beam rifle is perhaps the best beside SDC.

I myself have gone 1 on 1 with ramboing vanguards using Byne with a Kamui and still can win without going down to red life and Byne is only 0.35$ or just use the free RT from rank ups

Vanguards are perhaps cheapest at 1.60$. I doubt anyone could get it in a single role.

Easiest way to go against VF, get SDC, buy Mountaiz with 40k UC, equip propeller bits and tengu BS, get high up in the sky and spam SDC. LOL at the puny VF incapable to do anything to u.

The rich kids don't always win, hell most the time they don't even have an advantage. You can build perfectly competitive bots, tune them, and roll face all on UC. Sometimes this means you have to be clever, intelligent, and skilled to achieve the desired result. End the end you'll be good with that bot, and have the ability to deal with people that come your way, RT or none.

Believe it or not, RT doesn't grant you magic powers, or even win the game for you. That vangaurd still had to sneak up on your team, the EVE still had to line up the shot... the list goes on and on, if you're a okay melee user you score a few kills and then die, if your a good one you score some kills, and are still alive at the end of the match. The only thing RT does is give you more options, but those options are not always superior to the UC ones. In fact, many are on the same level, as RT parts normally cost more than UC ones in comparison to better raw stats. This is supported by the sheer number of RT bots that are regarded as okay, or sub-par. Some RT bots do have a glaring advantage, however that list is rather short, and they all have rather simple counters. The only reason those bots do as well as they do half the time is because players tend to make glaringly bad choices in style of play. Some of this is due to the influx of newer players, who simply do not have the experience yet to handle these bots.

All of this not even taking into account the game's own clever balancing mechanic, cost. Yah your rt bot is powerful, but should you die, you hurt your team more than a comparable uc bot a lot of the time. Cost put's pressure on a user to perform well, lest they become a hindrance. At the same time, bots like beezles are serious threats cause should they kill anything they come ahead on cost. Using cheap bots as disposable assassins let's a player have a toolbox style of play were your commando is tailored to answer a multitude of threats, rather than needing to survive the match and perform well in many situations using one bot.

i guess will take the 8 str from my katan and put it in walk, that ill bring him to 32 str and 30 walk, thanks for your response, as for the others, kiting works, but if i kite then an air bot just picks me off.

thinking about going for byne since people say they have some success with VF as him

as for balance issues, i just retired from wow since the PVP is dead, and all through the 6 years i played, it wasnt a 1 v 1 game, but it felt alot more balanced... i guess with 150mil a month they can tune it like that :s

Instead of OP, it's more like VF is an extreme build bot IMO


-insane strength, no defense (no shield, no Byne AM, etc)
-insane force melee, no range weapon

See? it sacrifice everything else for melee

Compete with a VF in melee is not a smart idea, it mean fighting it in the field it's the best at

dont listen to any of the advice on countering vangaurd with anything that isnt a airs have u seened a vangaurd mainly mine with tgh wlk and str tuned str is maxed =D and stun regain go head and shot me eventualy Ill catch you and 4 hit you and hit your with slow
