No no no no no no no no.

See, this problem was addressed. It's equippable by all robot sizes. That makes it balanced enough.

But you forgot to mention that it causes all types of weapon damage (including melee). Either that, or each hit forces a D/C on the player you hit. AmIDoinItRite?

In addition to the missiles, it should also fire 3 200 feet tall sexy wall scrolls of Crimrose, Lily Rain, and Manly Byne as a cover.

Also, if it gets destroyed by an attack, it should drop 50 repair kit + 100s and 50 Wonder Drug drops lootable only by your own team.

Its only fair.

without lagging
