it's the freebie version for returning players. Comes with pre-tuned USBs. He's probably looking at it on an alt that might not have regrets or something. No idea if they can be regretted anyway. Those things are kind of gimped so it wouldn't surprise me if they just had shitty tunes you couldn't fix.

She is pre tuned with 38wlk from the shop. The sticks don't have slots or tunes only the stats.
I forgot if the sticks are locked.

Easy to fix changing a beast to power and change sword guard to Fast R.
