I'm aware about this.
Unless they're not stacked, letting them escape is't a good idea.

the problem I fine is that her sword itself doesnt have it easy when hitting, unless ur for some reason arent spamming the other sub, ur pretty much gonna find it hard to hit anything...

because slow stacks with severe reduce heal and there is literally zero reason not to tune it

Your build needs:
40 STR
38 WLK/1 FLY

Sword Guard
Blast Guard
Boost Run
Fast Recovery
Assault Step

2x HGlad/1x Slow weapon, to aid its hitrate
3x Glad Keydrop Sub, to make it even more terrifying as a gapcloser

There's your build.
You'll need 3x gcapa. Dropping gladiator tunes on the keydrop and swapping HGlads on the keyblade itself to just gladiators may cut costs if you're terrified of gcapa tuning for whatever reason.

Build looks ok. Just remove the handhelds and use the spare slot maybe you can increase the hp a bit more or the str.
How is the Stigma Shield II from Maid? I see somewhere the shield gives speed up.

Stigma Shield II acts like a buff with Speed Up + Negate bullets (like many moe melee) with 6s duration

For a complete troll build go 3hglad on that special attack, and ditch the main melee to stattunes only because you'll not use it at all (aside from transforming). Ditch str and get 38/28 boostrun for maximum annoyance.

you can fix it by swapping out a accessory for 6th anni wing.
