It's hard to tune this baby since locked parts.
Get a normal seraph, if you ask me.

The rejunk to unbreak parts feature is her selling pint. Also, with that many CVs I strongly recommand you to put on the Ivis skin for her

Build looks ok - I think -takes cover-

If you are doing 3wing build, don't tune fly. You don't need it. Possibly look into a better weapon(BSM etc)

What I say about Seraphs in general

For summer crim, skin her wearing bondage rope with lots of bukkakke juice and cosplay in a corner with some tissuejust go 3wing. If you're gonna sit at 28 fly with just a wide beam gun arena will be gay as fuq

BSM??What is that?

Beam Shooter Mod.
You can buy it at bazaar for nothing less than 10-20k for a 1-2 slot one.

i have 3s one...but it has too little ammo..not enough for me..what do tou think about my weapon(wide beam gun)

wide beam gun is already nice...
has good ammo, decent damage, decent speed and good projectile size

You don't need three Crimson Veil, two should be fine(I think).
Drop Wide Beam Gun and get something else like Plasma Gun for example.
Or you can roll Double Beam Machinegun(DBMG) from UC Weapon Gara 2.
Drop Dancing Maracas for any shield type equipment(Viper Shield, Buckler, e.t.c.).
If you're gonna go with DBMG, either tune it with Force or Paralyze, since it only has 1 slot.
Oh and drop Sniper Sight for something else(might be useful for BSM build, but idk).

P.S. Technically, you can use Wide Beam Gun too, but you need to camp at your base(PS) and wait for the LND bots to come and shoot them to the death with Hyper Shot(HS). That should earn you some nice points.
