Q. Sigma Clock TRI?

I've been toying around with him lately, and his clock pillar is the most interesting thing about him (what does it do anyway...?). I decided to make a build for him.

Looks good actually. Dunno about Neon Neo BS and Victory AM though, I'm sure there are better parts for him with that.

Just be sure to use the sub primarily in conjunction with the Short Boost.

Ahh, I see. Another question, what kind of debuff that Sigma Clock do, and what are the effects?

Slow Clock, which increases the Interval on the affected units' weapons so they fire at a significantly slower rate, it also slows their movement by a small amount.

There are apparently some bots' weapons that aren't affected by Slow Clock, can't remember which and why.
