Main problem is when you quote someone, you can't get out of the quote box.
And when you insert media, it doesn't appear in bbcodes form but in direct from, which is annoying because it take up spaces and hard to edit. We got the preview button for that.
So Sean, revert the system plz.

There's "switch editor mode" button for that.

Maybe it's going for the looks? it doesn't seems to do anything other than that

But the old one is, really, better than this one

I think it's probably experimental right now as it has so many bugs.
It's an easy mode (wysiwyg) editor that (should) lets anyone do the fancy stuff without BB code knowledge.

Is there a way to add an option to turn it off in preference?

I'm sorry but I am not the one who changed the text box editor. Forumotion released this as their new one and I have no way of changing it to the old one.

tggt is right. The last button, the one that looks like a piece of paper, will allow you to go into "source mode" which allows you to see all of the code. Also, it seems once you click this button once it stays that way.
