I don't even know anything about Japanese and I am only playing CBJP between the period without CBEN. I don't want to be sad panda and have to play S4..

You guys take this way more personal than it really is. It's not you, it's your crappy connection to their servers that is why they boot you.


BTW, when they kick ONE or a few people, it's because they can effect SEVERAL other people's play. Do the math, and the play experience of several players is more important than one or three. If three players effect the gameplay bad enough for 27 other players in a room of 30, you are going to be kicked.

Even if they tried to tell you before hand to please leave as you are causing lag, you couldn't understand them anyway because you don't understand THEIR LANGUAGE on THEIR SERVERS. So, they can't politely ask, otherwise they indeed would do so. Think reasonably here folks. None of us enjoy lag.

I have noted that there are some people from the ENG side who can and do cause me to lag in CBJP, and also some JP players who do it as well, it's a rather weird phenomena considering my connection to the server should be separate from theirs even if we're coming through the same gate at some point along the line. This is probably the biggest reason for the bans, not racialism or "communist behavior" as Abolla seems to like stating. It's not your language they don't like, in fact I've found most of them to be fairly social even if we only halfway understand each other, it's your connection and what it is mysteriously doing to their play. . . Can someone tell me how someone else joining the area or match you're in can cause you stutter lag? PLEASE?! Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic here, it happens.

I'm also included in that, FYI. Pardon me on that one, as it should be OUR instead of your. Why our? Because no matter how good a connection you have, it still has to travel to the server. At some point, even FiOS will hit copper wire. If you know anything about electrical circuity and data/electric transportation, this will slow down the connection, because it is more difficult for the data to run through than it is via optical. In fact, that would mean it needs to be converted at some point from optical so it can transmit. No? But like I said, I don't see it as being anything personal to any of you guys outside of the simple fact that you DO indeed lag.

So do I cause lag, experience lag/latency, which is why I'll wait for servers to chill out usually when they are that packed. But hey, it could be only 500 on average, if it lags, it lags. If they were to kick me because it was getting closer to the time more players are going to show up, then I'd reason it was right to kick me out too, because my lag can only get worse in that situation.

That's my reasoning, and obviously you guys feel different, or maybe don't have schedules where you can be on when it is chill so you don't get booted so much or see if it even matters. A link to this 'blacklist' has not even been given, which leads me to lead it is speculative BS.

Getting to play when it is chill, or at all, it is an opportunity thing like anything else in life. They come and go, you learn what is really important (why is this game this important to be this bothered by these events?).

You can't negotiate though if you leave the F-Field up and just ignore the situation. All I'm trying to do is give you guys insight to rational enough points behind why they probably would. It's speculation, like Abolla's concern that the booting could be an elitist thing. As we should already know with the current crisis that have been caused by speculations, speculation is not something you should put 120% of your trust in being the answer you are looking for to get you out of the situation.

If you don't try to negotiate an understanding, or share points of view on the matter between each other, not just ourselves, we're just shouting across the ocean from the shore line, our voice isn't going to carry itself all the way there by itself, and our voice better not exacerbate the issue, or we may never see that other shore again (CBJP).

Did you ever hear the one how stress effects different people differently? It's funny, because there will be people who fight to be an individual, and yet they'll entirely ignore this rational logic. Block our chat stream? That's not what is causing the lag issue, and JP severs go by JP law, because it is property on owned and operated by a JP based company on JP soil. There are some crazy US peoples thinks it has right to shut down foreign servers based on content as if they own the whole world if you never realized, or that it can enforce US law not globally recognized onto ANY SERVER, located ANYWHERE in the world. I lol.

BTW, they were looking to pass a bill in October this year to start allowing the Gov to restrict our access to any IP it deems "unlawful", like China does. Do you think they let that bill pass?

Also, you have no freedom of speech in the JP server. Yet, you do represent US when you are there, and even when you are here, weather you care to acknowledge that or not, so what you do over there/here does not effect just you. Let me rephrase for those who can't follow: Everyone is born free, and has freedom of speech, but not the freedom of what may occur from making use of that freedom. When you group yourself as "EN Players" your individual actions and reactions represent how they view you. You never heard the disclaimer in previews that actual gameplay experiences may vary? That's a very common disclaimer thrown around any online game when they say things in previews. In business terms it typically means: If we don't make a profit off of you, or you do not bring in profit, you really expect us to play Nanny to ensure you get the same experience as everyone else?





You guys are also not being BANNED. You are being temporarily removed from the servers. Join back when there are less people and test your connection. If you still lag, or they still boot you and tell you it's because you lag, that's really all there is to it. You can persist to annoy them by rejoining, but it may worsen the situation.

I'm happy to see a few of you are making good terms with a couple of them. Very happy to hear of this. Generally, Japan is a society of social politeness, maybe I should say of social sacrifice. That's not to say there may not be exceptions to that image, and there could be a small group that is elitist enough to boot us all out, but we should not judge them all or group them as "The JP players" as if all of them are doing this to us.


So quick to pull your guns and start shooting... seriously, how many times do we have to hear that it is "just a game" in our lives before the realization of those words finally sink in?

Nova's getting booted is due to some clans recently just turning the vs. union rooms into all-out privatized clan wars. That's a problem that JP users themselves have been trying to sort out, and completely UNRELATED to the so-called blacklisting.

Well, they did ID me by saying that I was a "non-nihongo" before the boot. But yeah, I did enter a clan war without me looking. Guess maybe I should stick to Shuffle Matches?

At least they didn't boot me without warning.

My own experiences with CBJP so far(aside from the hoppers, heh) has been quite positive; in missions and quests, I'll go out of my way to help, and have elicited a few broken english compliments from my teammates after a successful run.

It's also fun to see them swarm around me in PvP when I start up a healing bit, firing off the 'thanks' radio message, and seemingly taking great offense when an opposing player -dares- to shoot at me...one particular instance saw 4 teammates unload everything on an air-bot who tried to target me while I was healing...poor mook never knew what hit him!

Even had a few unexpected, but pleasantly surprising friend invites from them!

the only thing i rage are the jumping-flame-vulcan bots, jumping jet hammer bots, buridens, "why didn't you die!?" bots. But its part of the game.

Team fights give weak Rank points, money and EXP. Also, no rewards.
