Psycho Cluster

Well...first off, I wouldn't really advise alpha psycho cluster, unless limited cart list and necessity for capa tunes isn't an issue for you.

・Swap legs to froglander or build arm; requires more tuning to fill your capacity but results in much higher potential end stats. Also smaller hitbox.
・Swap head to Raystag/Tentrion/Pterano HD (probably in that order of preference)
・Personally I think snow baz is better for UC alpha weapons, but if wide beam gun's fine to you then I wouldn't bother changing it.
・No movement cart concerns me (i.e. float dash), air loop makes a massive difference in alpha air performance to the point where I'd call it mandatory.

I suppose I can pass you an example build after dinner, since this is kind of a weird bot to do this sort of build on.

EDIT: Actually I guess if I assume Tentrion HD instead of Raystag this is easily worth its cost.

Snow Bazooka is actually "Xmas SNow Bazooka" and came as a rare drop while the Xmas events were around. You can buy these at bazaar sometimes.

With that being said, I wouldn't bother to use PC at all. He's like AG: easy to use but pretty lackluster in terms of damage (unlike AG his capa is awkward to). If anything I'd use him to spam his core's subweapon. It feels like playing an ART with an AIR's boost gauge ö.ö
