Psycho Cluster: TEC or FLY??

So... i'm confused now.

What status that i should max out for my Cluster. TEC or FLY?

I'm satisfied with the current TEC, the damage output is decent. But i still feel slow when it comes to escaping from group attacks.

You should always tune your AIR to 38 fly, and then tune as much TEC as you can.

- 40TEC, 1STR with Propeller Bit - Your prop bit won't stick around long enough to be effective
- Blue Flower - EVE Hair Ornament is better

Yah you want at least 11 on him, that's what I got on my neo/original. If you plan to spam core it still doesn't hurt to take a farming implement, so you can save pulse missiles for lands that need the hurt and farm quicker than sub allows.
