Alright, finally got it to work. Now if only OGPlanet would let me use the user ID that I want. I deleted the account with the ID I want so that way I can use the email I want (Can't remember what the email was for the old one) but it still won't let me use that ID. So I had to send an email to OGPlanet.

Most of the time when there is and English version it's also referred to as the Global version. Meaning that any country that doesn't have their own version will be able to play this. (But I'm just making a educated guess on this.)
