If you do get EIW, don't tune FLY quite so much. The drawback of this is that you're fucked once your 99 seconds runs dry. 31/32 FLY is usually enough if you get Internals AND you prefer to be combat-useable outside of Seraph Wings. | |

You probably don't need to care about fly at all though, if I tuned anything after 40 tec it'd probably be tgh. | |
