LL Bulk Mag + Shino?

Well, apparently many people say to mix shino and LL bulk
This is pretty much my build, but i can't see what is the big deal, other than not having enough ammo

what would should i tune?
is the bulk mag worthy of tuning?
if soo what should i tune?
i was thinking ammo bounce
