Recomand on how to improve on LL bulk gatling build

I've recently started building a LL bulk gat build and would like your suggestions/improvements before I start tuning

Spoiler:

First thing to do is, if you're making a pure WLK build, let's not be burning both slot space and capacity on High Boost Beta tunes. All this does is make you need more space for Run tunes to counteract that.

Here's what you get if you use the same cart choice but don't use Boost tunes, and just stop when your FLY hits 1:

Cyclotes BD:

Higher TEC, higher STR (barely, but still).

You can take the last capacity cart and use the 40 for things like:

A force tune on the Gatling
The last cart (Stun Regain, maybe?)
More TEC

I'm pretty meh about having both Brigand Shield *and* Hound Dog AM *and* LL Bulk on the same bot. But I imagine this is something you can try testing out untuned for a bit and see how it works, before changing out of it.
