which 1 is better in term of efficiency and performance assuming if you had no ammo supply and only hypershot effect??

Cosmo Kaiser AC for ammo, LL Bulk Gattling for damage.

Ultimately, I'd rather use Cosmo Kaiser AC so I could have 2 K-shields instead of 1, but that's just me.

You can tune LL Bulk Gatling, which makes it better, but a Free Arm would be nice.
