Help with a build for Rouche~

Hello~
I am trying to find a build that would work for Rouche =x
Koi's cosmic calc does not have her updated so I cannot try to make one.
Can anyone help me get started?

My Rouche is already lvl 10 maxed, its just where to go for carts and such.
There is a lot of discussions for Mialy but seeing how they are different I am not sure if its a good idea to base the same carts.
I have all the Capacity carts, Boost run, Float Dash, and Moving Burst.

As for tune ups I am still trying to figure out what to do.
I heard that Rouche should have a railgun and a bazooka, but putting those on and a C.S. clip will max her at 1270/1270 cost!
So I assume that for her legs she would want Capacityx3?
