oh... sorry guys.... i haven't been able to update the first post with new data........ q-q

So far nobody in EN has gotten anything good from the pepen dispatch, and I don't fancy letting a pepen NTR my waifus for scope lenses.

When I've heard someone in EN mention it they've said a "24 hour" dispatch. The one from Vega discs is 48 hour.

Correct.

As far as I'm aware, the "rare moebot bds" consist of the yukata chibis. Crim-chan, Laz-chan, and Thoarla-chan are the only three I know are confirmed from it.

This will take me a while.

Altair disc's pompon cheerleeding thing is impossible to get 100% without the use of items, the pompom only adds 4% success rate for 1 pompon, and having an extra pompon won't give any extra %.
The highest rate i've seen without pompons is 10%: Without the pompons toy-chan only gives 9%, Nicole Malice gives 10%, Seraph gives 10%, Eve gives 10%, Normal crim gives 8% only, and Mbg gives 10% too

Jikun Hu gives 100%

the cheerleader group requires ponpoms, but didnt it also require high pitched voices? and experienced to? so factor those in ~

This is only speculation: it requires probably chibis (I'm inclined to this more that "grown" bots) and other female robots of high level (+5?) using ponpoms (hopefully only one per bot).

Nope, depends what chibi, and even those rates are low
Without the pompon Koko gives 5%, ouka Kamuro gives 8%
Don't have any other chibis but i'm sure that the chibi's max rates w/o pompon is still 10%

The item doesn't affect the maximum attainable success rate for the mission. It only boosts your current rate of success.

i cant do any altairs at all...

and these shit quests gives me 0 dispatch, meaning all points gone. worthless altairs.

2nd and 3rd requires the same thing, except instead of running skills, u need melee and defense skills.
