Some missions may require having at least 1 robot eligible to the Offer. So try not to feed Crimrose of parts and whatnot. You might need those.
Another to take note is that, the OfRewards, will be like % of an item type dropping. Just remember to list your drops D:

I think I have an idea on what Shine Battler wants for THIS MISSION

He wants 5 bots that have both Stealth System ("A cartridge for moving undetected") and Sniper Sight ("A sniper's cartridge") equipped.

Also, I'm not sure if the Junkyard guy is asking for a Paralyzer (the weapon), or a weapon with the Paralyzer tune.

According to the information I half-digested from there, high stat = 20 or better. +20% success rate for every robot in the commando meeting the condition, otherwise +0%. Can't tell if a success rate cap exist in the formula.

Some high-level offers requests 25 or over in specific stats, "humanoid females or tiny", sway, float dash, broad radar or a combination of carts and stats. Better prepare your butts for this and, as rei remarked, start saving all your cores and parts.
