Yes, I made the rules. More properly worded, I "suggested" the rules, which were then modified and expanded by an anonymous acquaintance so that they did not seem... biased. I agreed with the modifications and then it was sent to Sliferx/Admin, who promptly agreed that it was fine.

What these "rules" are in reality are literally general forum rules that nearly any forum has. By common-sense, I would have thought these rules were something many people can easily accept without much change. After all, no forums, unless specified, would allow you to flamebait or derail topic, much less carry 500x500 sized image signatures, filled with three spoilers, or quote pyramid to infinity and beyond.
In fact, as uncharacteristic as you think it is of me, my first "suggestions" were extremely loose, because I knew that no one would easily grasp the concept of order and control. It literally consisted of "No flaming/harassing, no porn, no derail, no spam." It also delved into the signature part, but that was something I thought can be explained better in a not-rules topic.

Furthermore, I, along with previously stated acquaintance, was in the background for a majority of the revamps you see before you now. I did not immediately say so because I knew not one person would believe that someone that has been banned twice would have done so much for a forum that he seems to dread so much.
