No, not in a game that advertises moe mecha action.

Here's the thing about most melee being "OP" though.
A majority of the time, they are forced to rush in and go through all hell to kill something, unless they're the defender kind that whacks away enemy rushers. This calls for pretty much the entire enemy team on your ass. I find that rather balanced, because it means putting your neck out to kill things, as opposed to something like Aquila Girl, who can stay in the air forever and rain hell on you while being rather safe. Toybox Girl, her cruise missiles are amazing, too amazing, they deal high damage, large AoE, high stun rate, and capable of launching herself back away at long range. EVE, again, long ranged, high damage, rather safe, even has a shield, even if it "sucks" to some people.
That's why I'm rather reluctant to call any kind of melee bot "OP" right off the bat. Sure, there's bippusuta's build with the Cart Step -> Dae AM that deals a lot of damage and sends you flying away so he can safely run away, but if it misses, it's a lot of damage you could do to him then.

The stats don't stack up.

Toybox regular does 41->43->45 damage, TBG does 30->33->36. What's happening is probably you're getting hit by 2 of them at once.

to who use UC . . man, its inevitable to compare UC to RT gara OP bots. (what, in fact, show the real power of the OP bot because RT shop bots also have advantage over UC bots but they arent that OP against UC bots, just some advantages, as expected)

1st, its needed a lot of skill to do something with it as hop hop isnt for everyone
2nd, it dont have a massive damage weapon, neither incredible homming or range, no great stun also u cant set a shity tom of weapons to it . . .

I know how to play with it but anyone with ART, and dont even need to be OP ART, can bring me down if the guy know where to be and know how to aim . . OP bots like TBG dont even allow me to get close enough to be bombarding

If you really don't notice the reason why accel saber and izuna is then you have no hope in finding the other op uc bots easily and should just quit while you can because your ass will never close again in higher tier rooms

because . . . Izuna can be boring with that bombard but its just that. if u die to Izuna doing it, its either because u`re using LND or because u`re a noob.

about hop . . . I agree hop hop make them hard as hell to hit and create a lot of confusion at the enemy team, but its not like they have OP weapons or OP parts just because they hop . . .

its your definition of whats OP that is wrong. to do it good with either Izuna or Accel Saber is needed a lot of skill . . . its not like anytime u hit u do 100 damage to the face or just a right click spam and work is done like the OP gara bots . . thats being OP, not something that is skill based to be OP.

If you're that stupid to not have figured it out yet bots are op because of their core
-What parts they can/can't use or can use more than one of
-Internal weapons
-All base statistics
-Cartridges

What makes those bots overpowered compared to other UC bots is either that they have good stats(Accel) or a unique core ability(Izuna's vanishing jump).
If you notice the bots I listed they follow those two things above.

If you think a 1v1 will solve anything, all it will do is incite more rage from Iron about RT bots, which xz will obviously troll him with.

I haven't seen the potential in Izuna, though the rest of the bots I wholeheartedly agree.

He uses wing amj and I doubt pays attention to things like stats

If ironfist can use any of his Rt bots and xz uses only UC bots all this can be settled, unless ironfist really is a gigantic baby in which case will rage after being beaten down by UC bots.
