Is Ouka Dayu worth tuning?

Is Dayu worth tuning? Cuz Ive been hearing alot that Dayu sucks and i dont seem to do well with it..
Well even though i suck.
and if it is worth tuning what tunes should i do?

I say she's definitely underrated, but I don't know how you'd want to tune her. Wlk should be tuned with high run alpha or high wlk beta depending on your build. After wlk's at a decent amount...I don't know if people go melee or gunner with her, but you'd want to tune either str or tec accordingly.

Ouka Dayuu is nice robot, just not really topclass material.
Unless the person piloting is actually very good.

now Ouka Dayuu Full Powered, is a mech that you WANT tuned. For STR and WLK.

I'd still go Str and Tec for Ouka Dayu if i had one (i only have that regular broken slot one)

Anyhow Ouka Raisen is more of a flashy for show move.. its damage is not really worth it and the pause after doing it and slightly before doing it leaves you wide open for attack and a quick death..

As for gun. rifles are good (scout assault raid.. scout prefered if ya can handle the -4 str on that after the tunes...)

You don't Ouka Raisen to hurt people. You Ouka Raisen to stun them. If you want, attack in a group, Ouka Raisen the enemy so that your allies will shoot them/have time to get away.

It's very possible to get Best Jammer just by spamming Ouka Raisen.

The Reason why Full Powered Ouka Dayuu... doesnt need TEC is because, it doesnt have the Umbrella. It has her Ouraikiri (Her Katana). Ftw.

So far i havn't seen fully powered ouka dayus
