Theres no quest, you just level your crimrose to 10, gather up 30-50k and then buy a promo

lvl 8 => 30k upgrade item... => gold haired seraph. (Can be gotten as drop from berz run... if very lucky)
lvl 9 => 50k upgrade item... => black haired seraph (+30 more capacity and +10hp over gold haired)
lvl 10 => 50k upgrade item... => pink haired seraph (+60 more capacity and +20 hp over gold haired)

Do you reckon the 2x droprate would help? Berz gives no UC.. so it might be a bad investment, iunno.

Its best to promote your crimrose at level 10,
Becasue at level 10 you gain 20hp and 60 capacity compared to a level 8 Crim that promoted

And if you plan on doing a lot of tune-ups, you'll really need that 60 cost. I'm butting heads with the cap at level 9 on my seraph, but I've tuned up to 40 FLY. I don't think I've died in the last 10 or so arenas I've played because nothing hits me unless I get completely blindsided.
