what is more important on a hopper fly or walk
I dont abuse hoping only use it when need it helps survive but most times when I 1vs 1 hoppers they out shoot me I do good dmg but die
also Ive only been using hoppers for 2 weeks now and my maxis dosent have short boost T___T
anyway please say walk is better all my art have +15 walk T__T aside from ama with 18 fly untuned

Rule #1) You need Short Boost and Quick Land. If you do not have both, you will die because you are not a hopper.
Rule #2) You need at least ~20 Walk, ~1-10 Fly and as much Toughness as you can squander (10 minimum). Toughness is important; getting stunned mid-hop leaves you open to the pain train that is the swarm of bullets you were just hopping through.
Rule #3) You should be aiming for the smallest profile possible. Artillery units are often not a good choice for this because of how fat they are (in addition to their relative lack of access to both SB and QL).
TL;DR: Get Short Boost. Get Quick Land. Get Steel Rider Zookas. Hop. Stop saying "free kill" in Global.

hmm that dosent fit my goal Im tryna make a highly mobile art to create a new play style for cb one more shooter based
experiment fails I can just buy cart resets
edit thats kai kai fault i dislike him/her to the point I will throw a game if there on my team
I dont even remember why I dont like dis person I have issues 0_o

I think I can tune my contradicts walk to 20 and my ama has 18 fly

Lily Rain is what you need to look into. Fly or Walk; doesn't matter, but she is the only viable platform, and I'll tell you why.
You see, most hoppers are Land because Land has an innate speed multiplier to their Walk. In other words, a Land with 20 Walk is about as fast as an Art/Sup with ... roughly 27 Walk? I don't recall the exact ratio, only that Art/Sup will never be particularly fast compared to Land.
This isn't a huge issue until you notice that Art doesn't actually have any good Art-specific weaponry. The end result: you're slower and using the same weapons a Land could use, or worse weapons (see: Sturbanger)... let alone the Art bots that outright can't hop (and the players that are dead-set on not hopping for... whatever emotion-based rationale they hide behind).
But I digress: Lily Rain. 40 Fly. Blast Zookas. Misside AMs. Build Arm BS. And yer done.

Since its ART. FLY is usually prefered over WLK since it allows u to get to high spots better and avoid melees better.
