Xmas LazFlamme Hopper Builds

I made three hopping builds (that probably suck) for Xmas Laz, since I have no idea what are the ideal stats/carts for a hopper.

The general idea of this build is that I carry 1-2 people and hop around (hopefully causing the enemies' projectiles not to hit me and/or the passengers), while the people riding me shoot at the enemies or something.

Note: The reason why my TEC is pretty low is because the main objective of this build is to be able to carry people safely while they shoot at the enemies.

1. All Capa Carts + Short Boost + Quick Land + Broad Radar:

2. Short Boost + Quick Land + Quick Boost + Quick Jump:

3. Short Boost + Quick Land + Quick Jump + Broad Radar:

Out of the three, which build would probably be the best? Or if they all suck what should I aim for?

Also, someone tell me if making Xmas Laz a hopper is a bad idea.

It might work ok, but abusing air run is probably the better build for her.

Hopping caps at 30 walk, and normal running at 36 walk.

I'd lower walk and try to increase hp.
