My VF hopper

I was thinking about make a VF hopper, so I made this. Is this good enough?

And why exactly do you need to hop...? (beside jumping over obstacles)

What you have there looks like a rush-and-die-fast build, you even added 2 CV on it, you should make your trip into a group of ART worthwhile, but your land combo is obviously better than your air one...so why hopping? You don't have a gun either.

Also, no Sword/Blast Guard at all?

Hopping does not default into an air combo. Mobility is a good thing

It looks fine to me for the most part. Zero NEXT BS for quick entry and exit. It doesn't really seem like a suicide build. Although lack of EIW makes me wonder. (I Don't have a vanguard, nor looked at it too hard, I don't know the value of EIW)

What I meant is that there doesn't seem to be a need for Quick Land.

I'd definitely take Sword or Blast Guard over that, right now even though he has CV + Stun Regain, he doesn't have any protection, the moment he shows up in enemy's base, he'd be swarmed by melee and heavy firepower, even with CV + SR, how long can he take the hit? Should he seriously waste his time hopping around dodging hit instead of starting slashing ppl?

(and say if he took Sword Guard, by replacing a High Power Alpha to High Power Beta, he can at least save 10 more cost for something like Dual Slayer Bits -- ya I know they last short, like 6-7 secs, but can still be a life saver)

Also, no EIW meaning only 2 uses of Power Gain, and no Broad Radar, I fail to see how is this not a suicidal build...

Yes, I would take broad radar over quickland. and possibly more EIW. Quickland is wholly unnecessary except to be a pain in the balls to hit. Nothing particularly -wrong- with quickland per say, but a guard or broad radar would serve much better.

Otherwise, I still think it's stats and tunes are put together rather nicely. adequate tgh, str, wlk, and Zero NEXT for plenty of entry and exit.

Less wlk, fly, and tgh, more HP.

Especially with ZFN BS, wlk doesn't affect how fast it moves and it's already dropping your tgh anyway; plus you have Revenge CV as is, you don't exactly want or need more tgh than you have stock.

With negative tec the only bits you should be considering are unit bits to pull lockon while you flee, or Dual Spike (which is 0 cost anyway) for WB dodging to spinstun+knockback melee mid-dodge.

EDIT 2: Fuck I just realized I had one of the G.Grap's set to a Gladiator ;__;

I could probably imagine something like this doing alright. Near 600 HP, 40 str, 3x g.grap, 28 wlk w/ Zero Fighter NEXT BS. Removing that'd let you get a lot higher stats obviously. I do have a ZFN BS Fencer, but my setup's a lot lot different :V

G.Capa's kinda painful, but it's the same as what I'm doing on Ret's Axer, and is pretty nice all the same. Plus if you have an Axer too, the LG's will be interchangable!
