If you build a bot keeping cost to the minimum, that bot is only as good as its weapon so if your proficient with a particular weapon just chuck it on a low cost bot. Low cost bots are more like additional gun platforms for the team imo.

While if you never die in a match, you should go for a ridiculously high cost bot to maximize the efficiency of your weapons.

For me l tend to go for high cost around 1.2k - mid cost 900s

I was going to say "so get a 3-slot drop part like Ace Braver AM, replace it, and tune that up until you get one that works", but the Byne arm was one of the few things that ruins my example :c

Either you aim for low-cost or you aim for high stats. There's no point in going for something in between since you just end up with the worst of both worlds: too slow to dodge reliably, and still expensive when you die.

Sub-600 is a nice place to be if you can get 25+ Walk, but otherwise just pick one or the other. I tend to pick high stats, but low cost is technically the better choice until the end of a round.

Well, not really required, but since Short Boost relies on both WLK(for hopping distance) and FLY(for hopping height), tuning can contribute.

Quick Jump,
Quick Land,
Quick Boost,
Boost Run,
Short Boost,
Stun Regain,
Blast Guard,
Stealth System,
Broad Radar.

A little of both, obviously. I have nearly only expensive bots and I tend to do only excellent or crappy scores, barely bewteen this, depending of if I'm failing or not.

Same here. XD I like going rambo with mah all land bots. >_<

I always pack my bots up to their last Cost *.*

So most my bots run around 1.3k cost. I maybe costly to the team when I die but I will be sure to drag 5 enemies with me on the process *.*

From my limited experience...

Low Cost if you suck at landing damage/kills before dying

High Cost if you tend to raep before perishing in a blaze of glory.

High cost bots: YOU MUST EARN THE RIGHT. q-q

Cost.
Having low cost does wonders in a map where you get ganged on constantly.
They kill you for like 500 cp.
You kill them for like 1000 cp.

Looks like stats is the weiner ;3
