[Tutorial] How to Connect to game (Patch cannot connect to Server)

I'm a bit confused as to what that echo code is supposed to do.
But I'll toss it in later for the heck of it

i typed echo 211.43.152.155 patch.cosmicbreak.com in CMD.

then somehow it connected. cool.

What do I do

i'm using window 7 and have already try all the above menthod and it still cannot connect to sever

im using windows 7 nothing posted works, why did a games that could not run on windows systems, im a mac user but wanted to play this game so ive installed the windows 7 on a bipartition everything else works fine: medal of honor (all games), ragnarok online and ragnarok online 2 the gates of heave, even pockiie ninja and other multiplayer games runs smoothly but this... common, i even put run with compatibility mode on windows xp!!
